What do we do?We are not an Insurer, we are an insurance quotation service. You provide your details to us just once and we visit our panel of independent insurance brokers on your behalf to find you a competitive deal. Our price comparison helps you to find the best deal in the market and save money on all your personal and commercial insurances. What you must do?In order to provide an accurate quotation we will need to ask you for some key information. These answers determine the price you are offered by the insurance provider. It is very important that you answer all questions truthfully and disclose all information that may be relevant. Failure to do so could invalidate your insurance. It is an offence under the Road Traffic Act to make false statements or withhold information to obtain insurance. You can be prosecuted for not holding valid insurance as well as being liable for third party property damage and repairs to your own vehicle and property. Price guaranteeRates are changed daily and your quote is guaranteed for 30 days. The price quoted will be correct, at the time of quoting, based on the details you have provided and the assumptions made on your behalf. Occasionally prices may differ when the full underwriting considerations are taken into account. Details you must checkYou must ensure that all your details are correct as failure to do so could result in you not having insurance cover. It is important to check any assumptions made by the insurance provider as they form part of the contract between you. Incorrect information could invalidate your insurance cover. Remember it is illegal to drive without a valid certificate of insurance. Passing on information about youPlease be aware that once you use our website or our Services, you will be regarded as having given your consent to us disclosing your personal information to the following parties:
You can ask us to stop passing your information to third parties for marketing purposes at any time, which we will do. Such a request may result in us ceasing to offer the Services to you. What to do if you have a complaint?We hope that we provide you with an excellent service. If your complaint is with the insurance product or provider, then you need to complain directly to that company.
